As millions of schools continue to adopt and embrace Google Apps for Education (GAFE), sharing and collaborating can start to get messy; a deleted team spreadsheet here, a missing shared folder there. Google saw the complications to large-scale collaboration, so they recently released Team Drives for all GAFE/ GSuiteEDU domains.

I just messaged my tech dept and asked them to enable this for our faculty. I have used it with ppl to plan, but I am definitely seeing uses for school teams.
